Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Program Stability Toolkit™ (the "Toolkit") from Silver Tree Solutions, LLC ("Silver Tree Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") through https://silver-tree-solutions.com.

Digital Product: All Sales Are Final

The Toolkit is a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) workbook that you download right after purchase. Because you get the file immediately and can't return it, all sales are final, except as described below.

When We Will Help

You may be eligible for a replacement file or a refund if the Toolkit:

  • is defective or corrupted,
  • will not open in a supported version of Microsoft Excel, or
  • does not substantially match its description on our website.

To qualify, you must report the issue within 14 days of your purchase date.

How to Request Help

Email support@silver-tree-solutions.com within 14 days of purchase and include:

  1. The name and email address used for the purchase
  2. Your order number or receipt from Lemon Squeezy
  3. A short description of the problem (screenshots or error messages help)
  4. The version of Excel and the operating system you are using, if the file won't open

Replacement First

Where it makes sense, we will first try to fix the problem by sending a corrected or replacement file, or by helping you open the file. If a replacement doesn't fix the problem, or isn't a reasonable fix for it, we will issue a refund.

How Refunds Are Processed

Lemon Squeezy is our payment processor and merchant of record. Approved refunds go back through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. How long the refund takes to show up depends on Lemon Squeezy and your bank or card issuer.

Once you receive a refund, your license to use the Toolkit ends. You must delete all copies of the workbook you have.

What Is Not Covered

We generally do not give refunds for:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • A change of mind, or deciding you no longer need the Toolkit
  • Problems caused by unsupported software, or by changes you made to the workbook
  • Not being satisfied with results, since the Toolkit is a decision-support framework and does not guarantee any outcome

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under laws that apply to you and cannot be waived.
